Early morning arrival from Tbilisi to Dedoplistskaro, the gateway to Vashlovani National Park. Your adventure begins in Pantishara Canyon, which is famous for its different landscape. We often find rocks where swallows have built their nests, that’s why it is called the City of Swallows. You will also go to Alesilebi viewpoint, where vast panoramic views open up across the semi-desert. You will drive through the badlands near the border guard post and Bear Canyon before arriving at Mijniskure, one of the most remote corners of Georgia. You will overnight in a bungalow at Mijniskure.

Start the day with a drive toward Black Mountain, where you will see its beautiful nature and the forgotten Soviet Shiraki Military Airfield. It used to be a military town, but the military airfield still exists. The plane has not taken off from here for a very long time, and the bomber hangars are also empty. Later, visit the clifftop Elia Monastery, beautifully built into rock, and continue to Khornabuji Castle, one of the oldest fortresses in Kakheti with sweeping views of the Alazani Valley.

After breakfast, transfer to Eagle Canyon and enjoy nature, then you will see Takhti-Tepa mud volcanoes, where mud, oil and gas are rising from it. Bubbling gas and mud create an otherworldly terrain.
You will also stop at Dali Mountain Reservoir, the reservoir is home to fish. There is Dali Mountain on the right bank of the Iori River. After the exploration, you will be transferred back to Dedoplistskaro, and then to Tbilisi (upon arrangement).
